Enjoying the Summer with Your Children in the Lake Mary, Florida and Orlando, Florida Area 

Currently, you are enjoying the summer with your children. You and your ex-spouse should have already determined according to your Parenting Plan what weeks and dates you are taking the children on vacation. This is a time to enjoy the children without school activities, such as homework, extracurricular activities, etc.  You may have sent your children to camp for an adventure. Or you may have planned other fun and educational activities to fill their summer. You may be enjoying your pool or the beach this summer With your children. 

The more you have organized, double-checked the details, and have finalized the vacation plans with the children, the less you will be to have problems with a difficult or narcissistic spouse. 

The last thing you want to happen is have an unruly ex-spouse ruin your vacation. Do not let them take your vacation away from you. Do not let them spoil all your hard work and vacation planning. 

If you are having problems with your spouse regarding summer timesharing or summer vacation, then your Parent Coordinator may be able to assist you with these matters. If you are in a high-conflict divorce case, or were in such a case, the court may have appointed a  parent coordinator to help you and your ex-spouse with such issues. If you do not have A Parent Coordinator, then you may want to think about motioning the court to obtain one. It is much less costly to pay a Parent Coordinator to help resolve your issues, then to pay an attorney to file a Motion to Enforce the Parenting Plan. 

Further, you can probably get an appointment with a Parent Coordinator much quicker than a court date on a Motion to Enforce the Parenting Plan. Further, you could Request Mediation to solve these issues in lieu of filing a Motion to Enforce Your Parenting Plan. However, hopefully, you are having a stress and issue free summer enjoying your children.
